At Merlo Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our fresh-roasted beans and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your coffee experience remains exceptional.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Assessment and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request; for coffee beans, we may ask for batch details, while equipment returns require the item to be in original, unused packaging.
- 3.Return Your Items
Once approved, securely package the items and send them back to our Brisbane roastery using the provided return shipping label or your preferred carrier.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After inspecting the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag of coffee immediately.
